Trane Technologies is seeking to hire an E-Commerce Domain Architect within our Customer Experience (CX) team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of top-tier e-commerce solutions. The candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, digital customer experience, and integration architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the design and curation of sustainable and scalable e-commerce architecture to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of e-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Platform Expertise: Provide guidance on e-commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce cloud.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of e-commerce platforms with other systems such as ERP, CRM, Search.
- Customer Experience: Design and implement solutions that enhance the digital customer experience, including personalization, omnichannel strategies, and seamless user journeys.
- Scalability and Performance: Ensure e-commerce solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, leveraging industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective e-commerce strategies.
- End-to-End Accountability: Take full ownership of the architectural lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. By taking ownership of the solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our eCommerce initiatives, ensuring that our digital platforms are not only cutting-edge but also aligned with our business goals and customer expectations.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the e-commerce domain.
- Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and best practices.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentor solution architects and development teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards and minimize/document any intentional tech debts.
