We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote E-Commerce Executive to support and manage our online sales platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels, optimizing product listings, coordinating promotions, analyzing performance, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and eager to grow a brand’s online presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (retail or consumer products preferred).
  • Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities to identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic graphic editing (Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
