We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the qualifications and experience for an E-Commerce Executive to work with our Sales & Marketing team in the finest 5-star Luxury Resort in Bali. Summary of Responsibilities Report to Assistant Manager/Manager E-Commerce for any rates or inventory issues. Coordinates together with E-Commerce Coordinator for day-to-day operations. In charge of day-to-day online rates and inventory maintenance across all Online Travel Agents (OTA) partners. Ensure there is no mistake in the balance from transactions made through online bookings. Present the most updated rate to OTA’s Assist with mapping process and interface issues. Develop and present the Made on Check report on a daily basis, to ensure that there is no mistake in the balance that the Hotel receives from online travel agents. Promptly detect and solve if there is a problem in the online system (both the Hotel and the third party’s systems) that might make a difference in the balance that the Hotel receives by contacting internal and external parties. Update Error Log Report as the final result of the Made on Check report which is used to recap all the final reasons resulting from the error from the Made on Check report. Upload the updated rate that is taken from the revenue team every Monday and Thursday to the OPERA system. Develop Rate Checker report, which uses Vision, to ensure that the rates uploaded are all correct and present it to the E-commerce Manager. Manage the inventory of rooms for every B2B travel agent by checking all the agents’ inventory websites every Monday and Thursday. Work as part of a team with Revenue team and Reservations team Work on the Sweeping report which functions to check the content from all online travel agents’ websites to ensure that all of the content is correct by reviewing every day. The content might include photos, BAR rates, promotions, and policies written or attached in the respective websites. Minimum of 2-3 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort, a Hotel Reservations or E-Commerce experience is an advantage Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude Knowledge of current trends in Hospitality and E-Commerce Meticulous, result driven, organized and detailed oriented person Confident user of PMS, Channel Manager, OPERA and OTA system Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with E-Commerce systems will be an advantage Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields
