Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, with e-commerce exposure a plus.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.

• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute online promotions and marketing campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
