We are looking for an experienced, data-driven E-commerce Executive to lead and grow our online sales channel. The person will liaise with our teams in Taiwan and Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience for the website, and driving online revenue growth.

• Oversee all aspects of the regional brand website, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to drive traffic, conversion, and overall online business growth.
• Manage customer enquiries, platform messages, and provide after-sales support for online orders.
• Coordinate product listing and manage product forecasting to support timely pre-order placements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operation and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and streamlined e-commerce experience.
