E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a proactive and capable E-Commerce Administrator to oversee and develop a thriving digital retail presence.
This is a hands on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of online operations. The successful candidate will initially be involved in all aspects of the e-commerce function, with a clear progression route into a more strategic, managerial role as the online business continues to expand.

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies
  • Hands on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and website content management systems
  • Confident using Excel, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer journeys
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and improve online conversion rates
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring it is fully functional, user-friendly, and visually aligned with the brand
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support digital campaigns, resolve issues, and maintain a consistent online presence
  • Assist in managing e-commerce budgets and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour to keep the business competitive
  • Ensure all online activity complies with current data protection legislation and adheres to best practice
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, using data and feedback to continuously enhance the online shopping experience and encourage customer loyalty
