As an E-Commerce Executive, you play a key role in online content management, exploring online marketing opportunities, and overseeing the SEO of the company’s website and web traffic. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the day-to-day operations of the department, along with associated tasks and duties. Key Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and enhance traffic through direct and indirect online channels, aiming to boost overall property revenue and key financial and customer metrics. Evaluate the performance of the branded website, offering suggestions to promote and enhance the hotel's online presence, with the goal of increasing bookings and ensuring website currency. Monitor, implement, and execute the property's active presence on all social media tools to maximize online exposure. Develop e-newsletters and other online advertising mediums related to the property, including its presence on partners' e-newsletters. Ensure accurate and brand-compliant content (photography & descriptions) for the property on all online channels. Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel's descriptive content and images, ensuring consistency across all channels and alignment with the brand website. Load and update content (photography & descriptions) for the property on all online channels in consultation with the Director of Marketing & Communications. Monitor and assess the property's reviews on online portals, ensuring official hotel feedback is provided as needed. Assist in identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production. Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications in monitoring and implementing the full-year Online Marketing and advertising plan. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
