Responsibilities

MAIN ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support our line manager in delivering ecommerce objectives.​
  • Oversee product flow to and from the photography studio, ensuring timely, accurate processing.​
  • Manage online product presentation and visual merchandising using data insights. ​
  • Collaborate with brand partners to ensure product accuracy and landing page alignment.​
  • Write SEO-optimised, accurate product descriptions for luxury jewellery and watch products and landing pages.​
  • Manage onsite personalisation, product recommendations, and data capture strategies.​
  • Assist digital, SEO, and marketing teams with landing page creation and site updates.​
  • Support eCommerce team assistants with daily operational tasks.​
  • Coordinate with the Senior SEO Executive to implement SEO strategies and projects online.​
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on ecommerce-related projects.​
  • Track and report on website KPIs and performance metrics alongside conducting industry analysis.​
  • Review and provide feedback on deployments with our line manager.​
  • Contribute to wider ecommerce projects and support as needed.​

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Workflow and data management skills, utilising tools such as Monday.com and Google Sheets or similar.​
  • Experienced in managing and uploading product content using ecommerce platforms such as Magento.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar (or similar) to monitor performance, understand user behaviour, and guide product presentation while upholding brand standards.​
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices for crafting product descriptions and landing page copy that drive visibility and engagement.​
  • Ability to make informed decisions using data and performance insights.​
  • Skilled in collaborating effectively across departments and teams.​
  • Strong ability to manage timelines effectively across tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery.​
  • Ability to implement strategies for product recommendations and abandonment recovery using personalisation and data capture tools.​
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to support wider team and contributing to wider ecommerce initiatives as needed.​
  • Customer and results focused with desire and ability to improve the customer journey online. ​
  • Ability and desire to undertake continuous professional development.​
  • Prior experience in eCommerce/ Digital field or related sector.​
