Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota. Mar-Bella Collection is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the growth of direct online revenue across our luxury hotel portfolio. As an E-Commerce Executive at Mar-Bella Collection, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance of our digital sales channels across the hotel portfolio. You will support the growth of direct online revenue while ensuring a seamless and high-quality booking experience that reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality brand. This is a hands-on role, ideal for mid-level professionals with hotel e-commerce experience who want to grow within a premium hospitality group. Key Responsibilities · Contribute in increasing turnover through direct online reservations · Manage rates, room inventory and listings, update content and special offers across all online channels · Handle OTAs, extranets, and channel connectivity · Work closely with our digital agency to improve KPIs and conversion through the website · Support online campaigns, special offers, and mobile/app-related projects · Monitor performance, prepare reports, and contribute to improving the booking journey and customer experience · Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Reservations teams to ensure accurate pricing and availability · Previous experience in hotel e-commerce required · Hands-on experience with OTAs & Channel Management systems is required* · Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field (preferred) · Strong English communication skills required · Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented · Good understanding of online marketing and digital best practices · Positive, energetic attitude with an innovative mindset · Competitive renumeration · A role within a leading luxury hospitality group · Exposure to multi-property e-commerce operations · A dynamic and collaborative working environment · Clear development opportunities towards Senior E-Commerce and managerial roles within Mar-Bella Collection
