E-commerce Executive Full time, Bangkok based Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is Asia’s first members-only flash sales concept. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. You will primarily support the execution of the online flash sales events, including stock selection & uploading, vendor management, sales reporting and stock movement coordination from/to our warehouses. You will also participate in offline events for floor space optimization and event operations support. WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH... Support and assist to set up the online event page with the stocklist and product images from Brand Partners Review the stocklist and develop stock movement plans with warehouse scheduling for each online event. Coordinate timely stock arrival and departure with 3PL partners as well as Brand Partners to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control. Oversee daily order processing, shipment status, and delivery coordination with 3PL partners. Monitor stock levels and communicate with 3PL partners and Brand Partners as necessary Prepare the sales reports and reporting materials for Brand Partners and internal stakeholders Support for customer service enquiries from the clients and provide guidance, focusing on delivery timelines and claims on damage/missing items. Customer-centric with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken). Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
