JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking to enhance our e-commerce presence and implement effective marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles is essential especially E-bay.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Ads, email marketing, B2B marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Analytics is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions and appealing visuals.

  • Oversee project management for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and updates.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create engaging graphics and promotional materials for online marketing efforts.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring that content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Craft compelling copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to engage customers effectively.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating content that resonates with our audience while promoting products and brand values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B2B marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding junior team members in best practices for e-commerce management.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.
