REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and website security
Strong knowledge of CMS, payment gateways, and online security protocols

Responsibilities

Manage and update e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions
Monitor website security, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and malware protection
Handle order processing, payment gateway management, and refunds
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with developers as needed
Analyze website traffic and sales data to optimize performance
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and cybersecurity best practices
