EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience in working in a warehouse is desirable
Valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.

1. Prepare donated items for online sales via e-commerce, or recycling by sorting, labeling and packaging in containers and unloading trucks.
2. Online Auctions
   a. Develop and maintain current knowledge base of antiques and salable merchandise.
   b. Produce accurate and succinct descriptions of items that are to be put on Shopgoodwill and other auction sites.
   c. Upload pictures and descriptions to Shopgoodwill.com and other auction sites as directed
3. Meet daily production goals in the areas worked in maintaining appropriate quality.
4. Shelve/place items appropriately onto shelves in accordance with inventory tracking utilizing an alpha/numerical library coding system and pull sold items from inventory as directed.
5. Salvage product according to procedure and complete corresponding documentation.
6. Prioritize pick up orders so that they are ready to be picked up by customers.
7. Keep warehouse and surrounding area in a clean and pleasing appearance/condition with
   consideration for safety factors involving company employees, donors and the general
   public.
8. Punctual and consistent attendance that demonstrates commitment to the work schedule.
9. Maintain a positive image in the community while developing and maintaining an excellent
   rapport with customers, donors, and other guests of Goodwill Industries of Greater
   Nebraska.
10. Provide excellent customer service to customers picking up online orders.
11. Employees must abide by Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska’s Corporate Compliance policies.
