JOB SUMMARY:

As our business expands, we are looking for a highly motivated and highly capable person that fits our culture and is passionate about expanding into the e-commerce space. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will handle the more complex web development needs for all our digital platforms, Shopify, WordPress, and InkSoft. You will collaborate with the Marketing Director and Web Designer to ensure seamless, scalable solutions that drive business growth. This role requires both technical expertise and a commitment to improving the customer experience across all e-commerce properties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with inventory, order management, or fulfillment software.
  • Understanding of personalization and custom product platforms.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department and other teams to develop and maintain customer-facing websites.
  • Assist in implementing features, resolving technical issues, and supporting system scalability.
  • Ensure a streamlined user experience across our e-commerce platforms, following established design and performance guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website performance, speed, and usability.
  • Execute updates and maintenance tasks based on business needs, customer feedback, and team direction.
  • Support integration of web platforms with internal systems, including inventory management and fulfillment operations.
  • Ensure all web properties run efficiently and securely by following established practices and guidelines.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure all technical solutions align with business goals.
