Job Summary: The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and with high-quality, safe products. These individuals manage the workflow of fellow fulfillment specialists to ensure orders are ready for pick-up or delivery in a timely manner. Responsibilities: * Prioritize and supervise daily workflow of in-store fulfillment teams. * Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently within expected timelines. * Resolve customer issues fairly, equitably and in a timely manner. * Assist with weekly scheduling of in-store fulfillment teams. * Provide on-going training and support for fellow team members. * Communicate all department standards, policies, and procedures to all fulfillment associates. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role. * Must possess previous experience in a customer oriented industry. * Must possess High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Possess a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to balance multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously to meet required deadlines. * Excellent time management and organization skills. * Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Possess computer and smart phone skills (Android). Must be familiar with Google Docs, proficient with email, and the ability to learn computer-based systems. * Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing. * Possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and evening hours. * Interviewing experience a plus.
