Let’s make it happen! \n What You'll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing e-commerce and marketing operations Assist in the preparation of weekly operational performance reports Translate and localize global marketing email content for the Korean market Support customer excellence activities, including return and refund processing as required What the team is looking for: Strong collaboration skills, including clear and concise communication and effective stakeholder management Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in e-commerce operations and digital marketing execution Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-growing e-commerce environment Ability to support website optimization, CRM setup, marketing content localization, customer experience improvement, and performance reporting Proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with Gen AI tools Fluency in English and Korean \n Become an Emmie Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
