REQUIREMENTS

• Poly/ University students currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable assisting in livestreams and engaging with audiences
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment

INTERNSHIP ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Intern to join our team from Nov – Dec 2025 (extendable to Jan 2026). No prior experience is required as long as you’re willing to learn, training will be provided. You’ll gain hands-on experience in online retail, digital marketing, and live-stream commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ecommerce platforms (listings, inventory, orders, daily operations)
• Support livestream operations and ensure smooth engagement during live sessions
• Assist with customer service (responding to inquiries and resolving issues)
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Create engaging TikTok content to grow brand reach and visibility
