We are currently looking for a: E-commerce/ Key Account Summary: As a E-Commerce/ Key Account at Midea, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the digital channel, ensuring sustainable sales growth through commercial analysis, strategic planning, and effective marketplace execution. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Midea’s presence across major e-commerce platforms, particularly Mercado Libre, while driving profitability, optimizing promotional strategies, and enhancing overall account performance. Responsibilities & Objectives: Comprehensive management of the Mercado Libre account (essential requirement). Administration and monitoring of accounts such as Walmart, Liverpool, and Amazon. Development and execution of commercial strategies in the digital channel. Market analysis, competition and consumer trends. Track sales (sell in / sell out) and performance by account. Preparation and monitoring of forecasts. Planning and analysis of promotions, margins and profitability. Coordination with internal teams to ensure correct operational execution. Monitoring KPIs and detecting growth opportunities. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management. Proven experience managing the Mercado Libre account. Experience in commercial analysis, forecasting and sales monitoring. Knowledge of promotions, margins and profitability. Intermediate-advanced Excel (data analysis, formulas, reports). Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher). Degree and Language Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field (required).
