Job Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our e-commerce operations, driving growth, and enhancing our online presence in the Vietnamese market. Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions Oversee inventory management, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices in the Vietnamese market Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving performance Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and emerging trends in the industry Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using e-commerce analytics tools Demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Experience in inventory management and familiarity with supply chain logistics Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus Proficiency in MS Office suite and e-commerce tools Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and e-commerce landscape is highly desirable Additional Information What awaits you...
