We are looking for E-commerce Manager, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s online sales strategies and online team. This role involves driving e-commerce growth, optimizing digital platforms, enhancing customer experience, and managing online operations across multiple channels.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations and digital sales.
Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
Monitor site performance, ensure smooth user experience, and coordinate with IT for enhancements.
Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance the company’s online presence.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
Ensure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and optimized for conversions.
Monitor site performance, ensure smooth user experience, and coordinate with IT for enhancements.
Work with the brand and marketing team to implement SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing metrics to improve sales performance.
Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to boost engagement and retention.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Handle escalations and improve post-purchase customer experience.
Maintain compliance with all e-commerce regulations and policies.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROI).
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on trends and best practices.
