The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven, strategic Ecommerce Manager to own and elevate the digital shopping experience. This role is pivotal to the success of our DTC business, responsible for driving growth through inventory planning, digital merchandising, website optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our ecommerce roadmap, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for performance and aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Merchandising StrategyOversee product presentation and optimization across the site to deliver a compelling, user-centric shopping experience. Leverage visuals, content, categorization, and promotions to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Drive the Ecommerce RoadmapDefine and execute the ecommerce roadmap, prioritizing key initiatives and aligning internal teams to drive progress toward business goals.
  • Optimize Website PerformanceUse data to analyze the customer journey and site behaviour. Identify pain points and opportunities, and implement solutions to improve conversion rates, UX, and core KPIs.
  • Manage the Ecommerce DevelopmentOwn budgeting for digital development projects, ensuring smart investment decisions that maximize return and support scalable growth with development agency partners.
  • Lead Promotional Planning & ExecutionOwn promotional strategy from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other key initiatives that drive sales and engagement.Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to brief in website content.
  • Own Analytics & ReportingTrack ecommerce performance metrics regularly. Develop and share actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Own Inventory Buying & ForecastingDevelop and manage inventory buying forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and alignment with sales demand. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and seamless fulfillment.
  • Own SEO Strategy & ExecutionLead SEO initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies to boost organic traffic and improve search visibility. Monitor performance and ensure continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with Customer ExperiencePartner closely with the CX team to integrate customer feedback and behavior insights into site improvements and content strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of ecommerce experience in a DTC or consumer brand environment
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), Google Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making
  • Experience owning ecommerce merchandising, forecasting, and promotional calendars
  • Proven track record in improving conversion rates, user experience, and organic traffic
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing external partners/agencies
  • Experience managing budgets and working within development or growth roadmaps
