JOB SUMMARY

The role involves supporting the growth strategy for the Weller eCommerce business in the EMEA region, with a focus on achieving global sales targets. It includes managing sales operations such as forecasting, reporting, and vendor negotiations for key platforms. The position supports omnichannel sales efforts and is responsible for account coordination, promotional planning, and market analysis. Additionally, the role collaborates with brand management to expand the product portfolio and works with the global eMarketing team to manage retail media budgets for European online retailers.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field
  • Multiple years of experience across one or several of the following disciplines: eCommerce (Amazon-specific), marketing, channel, sales, analytics, research, or consulting
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce channel dynamics including 1P vs. 3P, omnichannel, multichannel marketing, marketplace economics, shopping behavior, customer experience, digital shelf, and media measurement
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel approx. 10% of time to other offices
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • Support growth strategy and implement a plan to grow the regional business to help ATG meet its eCommerce sales targets
  • Account management for EMEA eCommerce customers including Amazon Europe & Bol including tracking sales targets, budgeting, forecasting, promotions and catalogue management
  • Support sales leaders with content management for omni customers including RS, Farnell, Distrelec and others
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of eCommerce accounts in the EMEA region including identifying POS opportunities, new item setup, pricing, advertising, and inventory availability
  • Portfolio Strategy – Work with brand management to develop a GTM portfolio strategy for Amazon Europe that will greatly expand ATG’s assortment offerings online in the region
  • eMarketing Strategy – Work with the global eMarketing team to develop and manage a retail media budget for Amazon and other .com customers in Europe
