We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our multi-disciplined in-house marketing team.
Reporting to : Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
  • Primary objective is online business development, growth and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Full responsibility for DTC business development and growth.
  • Research and understand the industry, target market to ensure accurate tone of voice, segmentation, VOC.
  • Identify trends and competitor activity to initiate tactical plans to position the brand as a leading global expert.
  • Responsible for fostering engagement and online brand awareness through email and content.
  • Create, own and implement the digital branding and communications strategy to increase reach; capture leads; retain customer loyalty increasing customer lifetime value; increase ATV; increase new customer acquisition and conversion within agreed budgets.
  • Write engaging content that reinforces the business’ expert status.
  • Manage the online SEO/SEM; implement and manage the remarketing/retargeting activity.
  • Creation and implementation of the DTC roadmap and strategy.
  • Optimisation of the performance of the website across key metrics (using internal and external resource).
  • Report performance, analytics and insights.
  • Responsibility for all online compliance and quality.
  • Stock holding and product sales forecasting responsibility to feed into the demand plan.
  • Work with Manufacturing and Dispatch teams to ensure OTIF.
  • Line and performance manage a member of the eCommerce team.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to co-ordinate promos and campaigns and to align with Social Media activity.
  • Hands-on in all areas, standing-in for staff holidays and training in products and systems where required.
  • Prioritise workload to achieve agreed deadlines.
  • A/B testing
  • Lead in the reporting and analysis of digital activity. Monitoring KPIs, actively striving to improve engagement and outreach.
  • Responsible for the planning, sourcing and the implementation of content, scheduling digital ads.
