Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Manager with expertise in foodstuff, online platforms, digital marketing, and STC payment solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, driving digital marketing strategies, and optimizing customer experience to increase revenue and brand presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in foodstuff and online sales.
✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
✅ Experience with STC payment systems, online checkout, and payment integration.
✅ Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
✅ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • E-commerce: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online sales.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across multiple online platforms.
  • Optimize website UI/UX for seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and paid ads.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure smooth integration of STC payment solutions and other online payment gateways.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Manage relationships with third-party platforms and marketplace vendors.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
