We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our sales across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Talabat, WooCommerce (our own website), and other regional marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales growth.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE

• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain high ratings and positive feedback scores across marketplaces.
• Ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Talabat, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce or other CMS/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory systems, and product listing best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Talabat Portal.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with third-party inventory and logistics management tools (Zoho).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindse
