OUR CLIENT IS AN INTERNATINAL ONLINE RETAIL COMPANY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A E-COMMERCE MANAGER TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED AT THE EAST - EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans aligned with business goals, while analyzing market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Website & User Experience Management: Oversee website performance, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly interface through ongoing enhancements to design, navigation, and functionality.
  • Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic, conversions, and retention via SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Experience: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and efficient order processing, while resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Team Leadership: Leverage data to optimize performance and user experience, while managing a team of e-commerce professionals in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years e-commerce managerial experience or in a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web development.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
