JOB DESCRIPTION

As a E-Commerce Manager for Amazon Poland and Sweden, you will be responsible for individual zone and manage the local Joint Business Plan (JBP) with all related trade investments in compliance with the regional plan for Amazon. The focus will be to drive sell out, consumer pull and consumer activation including e trade activities. Moreover, you will also have a local alignment and coordination role to secure synergies with other channels in the market.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the Amazon account by continuously optimizing the e- fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing.
  • Maintains and develops a credible and productive long-term relation with Amazon local management, based on the deep understanding of their strategies and priorities, local market insights, external and industry trends, consumer and shopper insights, competitive landscape.
  • By understanding customer’s business needs, consumer and shopper behavior and requirements is providing local relevant value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with account at local level.
  • Closely cooperate with Amazon E-com Lead - Expansion and other e-commerce managers to realize sales targets with Amazon.
  • Accountable for all Trade Shopper Marketing activities at local Amazon level for all PH categories.
  • Joint responsibility for Market Share development, topline and profitability for all PH propositions
  • Creates successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of joint local activation plan with customer, in line with the Philips strategy for the account.
  • Executes the local trade marketing actions with Amazon to drive more consumer pull and brand preference at local level
  • Closely cooperate with Consumer Marketing Managers PH in translating the marketing strategy into local activation plan for Amazon.
  • Manages performance of trade and P-spend, with the retailer within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for online activation.
  • Maintains a constant sell out based performance management cadence at local level; Analyzes and monitors the PH categories sell out, in-house share, conversion and shopper data for Amazon

PASSION/EXPERIENCE IN E-COMMERCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
