• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform (product listings, promotions, pricing, inventory).
• Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to optimize workflows.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing an e-commerce business or online sales channel.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and analytics.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
