Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Lead category launch, go-to-market strategies, and growth strategy, as well as insight generation and streamlining of the end-to-end process for the Agri input category on India's largest pesticide company's e-commerce platform. Expand new business/categories at the PAN India level, develop growth and pricing strategies, drive team expansion, manage order fulfillment, and generate business. Establish an integrated category plan to enhance the company's digital presence. Understand market trends and consumer choices to improve the consumer experience. Drive strategy, planning, top-line and bottom-line budget management for the above responsibilities. Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends, create e-commerce product roadmaps, and secure executive buy-in. Generate weekly and monthly reports for major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives. Monitor and administer dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance in alignment with the company's goals. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts. Qualifications Candidates with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in the eB2B space, are encouraged to apply. Please note that this is a Pune-based role.
