POSITION DESCRIPTION

The goal of the E-commerce Manager is to drive E-commerce performance through the development of strategic promotional opportunities, web and process optimization, catalog expansion, performance data analysis, and by maintaining a cohesive end-to-end customer experience. This includes closely managing team workload, onsite testing, consistent collaboration with the Marketing team, and maintaining our relationships with partners. In addition to the accountabilities listed below, other projects and duties may be assigned.

  • Priority and Task Management: Develops logical and systemic processes to achieve goals and deliverables; visualizes required steps and identifies potential risks and roadblocks to delivery; tracks progress on tasks and reassesses priorities when needed; completes tasks on time and initiates required handoffs
  • Sound Decision Making: Readily distinguishes between what is relevant and unimportant to make sense of complex situations; considers and weighs multiple options based on cost, risk, and value before proposing solutions, recommendations, or decisions
  • Delivering to Stakeholders: Understands stakeholders’ goals; tailors work to achieve goals and drive results; knows when to ask questions to seek and maintain alignment; looks for appropriate solutions and recommendations to achieve stakeholders’ goals
  • Adding Value: Proactively looks for ways to add value to the organization through process improvements, cost-cutting, and tech utilization in their domains of accountability
  • Optimization: Identifies redundancies, unnecessary or outdated processes, and fine-tunes work to improve outcomes and processes in domains of accountability

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

  • 3+ years of experience (required)

  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods E-commerce (required)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides (required)
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Slack (preferred)
  • Self driven to find new opportunities for revenue growth (required)
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Ability to travel (estimated 1-2 times per year)
