Are you a data-driven eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of online performance and growth? We’re looking for a passionate, pet loving eCommerce Manager to lead the optimisation, innovation, and expansion of our online sales channels across both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) websites and marketplaces for our UK brands.
This is a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, high-conversion digital shopping experience while driving measurable commercial results. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Development agencies to ensure our websites and marketplaces don’t just function—but thrive.

SKILLS

  • Proven management experience in an e-commerce management and website optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, UX/UI and SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage developers/agencies and budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience managing product listings and online marketplaces.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
