Living in a Bubble is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium campervan accessories. Operating in Australia, the USA, Canada, and Germany, we empower van-lifers and adventurers with products that blend innovation, durability, and thoughtful design. We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy end-to-end, scale paid and organic channels, and elevate our global brand presence. This role is critical to our next stage of growth and requires someone who can balance performance-driven execution with long-term brand building. You will manage a full-time marketing team of at least three specialists across acquisition, creative, and retention. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms Scale profitable acquisition and retargeting funnels (US & AU focus). Manage full-funnel performance with weekly KPI reporting. Brand & Growth Strategy Define and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume. Champion our brand voice within the vanlife and adventure community. Data & Analytics Own marketing KPIs across MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue contribution. Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, and attribution tools to inform decisions and forecast results. Creative Direction Collaborate with the content and creative teams on hooks, messaging, UGC concepts, landing pages, and storytelling aligned with the outdoors and vanlife lifestyle. Customer Journey Optimization Improve conversion funnels from acquisition to retention. Partner with CX and product to elevate the on-site shopping experience. Budget Ownership Manage and allocate marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and return. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, logistics, and product teams to align campaigns with inventory, launches, and business priorities. Success Metrics (KPIs) You will be measured on: Revenue Growth — contribution to topline sales across all channels Blended ROAS — efficiency of overall paid media performance MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) — total marketing spend vs total revenue Brand Search Volume — growth in branded, non-branded, and category-level search demand 4+ years as a Marketing Manager (or above) in a DTC e-commerce environment Hands-on Shopify experience (required) Experience managing a team of at least 3 members Direct experience marketing to the US market (AU experience is a bonus) Proven ability to scale Meta and Google campaigns profitably Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Comfortable with creative strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation Excellent communication and project leadership skills Passion for adventure, travel, or the outdoors is a big plus Competitive compensation package Annual leave + sick leave + biannual performance bonus Direct ownership of marketing strategy and creative direction Join a fast-growing global brand in a booming outdoor category Work with a passionate international team and help shape the future of vanlife gear
