Description

As the E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end process of our client’s e-commerce sites, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, execution excellence, and strategic growth. You will be the primary liaison connecting sales, logistics, and creative teams to drive sales and allocate resources efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing RFP/RFQ processes and directly engaging with clients as needed.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketers, UX developers, and technical developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, ADA, GDPR/CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Implement and maintain compliance structures.
  • Corporate Account Acquisition:
  • Assist sales teams in acquiring new accounts and develop strategies for client acquisition.
  • Oversee development of compelling program account presentations and RFP proposals.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content development within E-Commerce environments.
  • Proficiency in various skills, including copywriting, design, SEO, digital advertisements, marketing automation, e-commerce store management, campaign tracking, analytics, and marketing funnel strategy.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MS365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Knowledge of basic web protocols (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) required, with .Net, MS SQL Database experience/knowledge, Visual Studio, and a basic understanding of API protocols a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand authenticity and the ability to maintain it in all contexts.
  • Experience in managing development pipelines, integrations, and security measures.

  • This is a full-time position. Benefits are available the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
