This role is focused on driving measurable growth, improving ad efficiency, and maximizing product visibility in competitive retail and DTC environments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. Optimize product feeds, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve performance goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with analytics, eCommerce, and creative teams to align campaigns with business and conversion goals. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Shopping campaigns for retail or DTC brands. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Merchant Center, and feed management tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics). Strong analytical mindset with a proven record of driving ROI through data-driven optimization. Familiarity with Performance Max and YouTube Ads is a plus.
