E-Commerce Marketing Specialist This role is located in Elkhart, IN. With work from home / hybrid work schedules available. What You'll Do: As the E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will personally create, edit, and optimize ecommerce and Amazon listings and digital content, using performance data to drive measurable improvements in conversion and sales. This role incorporates AI tools to accelerate execution and increase marketing output. Your Accountabilities in the Role: Develops and directly executes marketing initiatives and AI-enabled workflows that improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance. Designs, writes and plans marketing content that drives consumers to the brand and/or website for increased sales. Implements content, website changes/updates, and other marketing activities aligned to the product goals and overall budget. Analyzes marketing trends and ROI on current activities, making adjustments to websites, content, and other media outlets that impact sales. Tests new AI tools & strategies as resources to drive efficiencies and increase results. Directly manages and improves ecommerce and Amazon channel performance through listing optimization, content updates, and data-driven adjustments to increase sales and conversion. Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience with demonstrated hands-on experience in digital or ecommerce marketing. Experience: 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience with 1-2 years' eCommerce experience. Certifications: N/A Functional Skills: Strong research, analytical and critical thinking ability; forward-thinking with strong business and market acumen to recommend solutions; excellent at prioritizing, planning, and executing various projects at one time; creative ability to develop content that is aesthetically pleasing and drives action; excellent attention to details. Technology Aptitude/Skills: Advanced ability with technology, social media, and ecommerce websites. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Language Skills: Strong verbal and written skillset; able to present and influence others. Leadership/Behaviors: Customer-focused, self-driven, and motivated; takes initiative and has a drive to get things done; excellent with data yet personable with others; has a high level of integrity; continuous learner; able to reflect and make well thought out decisions; some creativity to create enhanced solutions targeted towards business goals; comfortable working cross-functionally while maintaining ownership of execution. Advises management of obstacles and makes recommendations on thoughtful options based on facts.
