WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an organised and tech-savvy E-commerce Marketplace Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of our third-party marketplace platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of online retail. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring stock levels, optimising performance, and supporting the smooth running of our online sales channels. The successful applicant must have excellent organisational skills, previous experience working with online marketplaces and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Manage and update product listings across all third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, Manomano, Tesco, TikTok, B&Q)
· Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability
· Support promotional activity and pricing strategies in line with business goals
· Liaise with external third-party account managers
· Processing of third-party reporting
· Analyse feedback and performance scores in conjunction with the Marketing department
· Optimise existing listings and identify improvement opportunities
· Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies, content requirements, and performance metrics
· Assist with onboarding new marketplaces and expanding our ecommerce reach
· Carry out other duties as directed by the Senior Management Team or Company Directors
