This role involves working independently on tasks while also collaborating with other team members to manage and follow through on customer orders, both online and offline. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our growing e-commerce business as well as our expanding marketplace.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms ( Shopify, Shopee, TikTok shop etc.)
  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and basic tools (MS office, Excel, Canva, etc.)
  • Crystals knowledge not necessary but will be beneficial
  • Number of work days 5 - 5.5 days
  • Able to work minimum 2 Saturdays in a month

Responsibilities

E-commerce

  • Marketplace & Website Activities Management: Liaise with marketplace account managers, be in touch with marketplace activities and roll out e-commerce campaigns. Oversee the activities, monitor performance and engage with customers to optimize results
  • E-commerce Sites Content Management: Create content by editing of images, captions and descriptions for e-commerce sites ensuring consistent and compelling presentation
  • Product Listing Management: Coordinate with the internal team to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are correct and up-to-date.
  • Order Processing: Ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce and socials’ orders, while tracking and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Administrative

  • Customer Service: Invoicing and responding to customer inquiries/concerns through online & social platforms. Assist with retail floor responsibilities on days when the studio is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
  • Packing: Packaging products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented. Ensure items are well accounted for and ready to be collected/shipped out.
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties: Support daily upkeep of the studio to maintain a welcoming retail environment
  • Inventory Management: Engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
  • Other Ad-hoc Duties as Assigned
