A-1 Wireless Inc. is a growing Canadian consumer electronics company specializing in mobile accessories, including chargers, cables, speakers, and more. We’re expanding across Canada and the US and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on managing our presence on Amazon (CA & US) and Walmart (CA & US), driving growth through strategic product listings, online promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Marketplace Management
· Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality product listings on Amazon and Walmart (titles, bullet points, keywords, images, A+ content).
· Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect) to increase visibility and sales.
· Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon/Walmart policies.
Sales Growth & Strategy
· Research competitors and implement strategies to maximize sales, pricing, and promotions.
· Develop marketplace-specific promotional calendars aligned with seasonal sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Boxing Day).
· Track performance KPIs (traffic, conversions, buy box share, ad spend ROI) and recommend improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfilment.
· Collaborate with marketing to execute digital campaigns supporting online sales.
· Coordinate with product and design teams to source high-quality product content and visuals.
Analytics & Reporting
· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights into sales, campaigns, and competitor activity.
· Use tools such as Jungle Scout, Keepa, Helium10, or similar for product research and keyword optimization.
· Monitor customer reviews and feedback, using insights to enhance listings and customer experience.
Customer Experience & Merchandising
· Ensure all listings deliver a positive, accurate, and seamless online shopping experience.
· Optimize product categorization, on-site searchability, and cross-sell opportunities.
· Manage promotional offers, coupons, and bundle strategies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon/Walmart Seller/Vendor accounts.
· Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms.
· Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and marketplace advertising tools.
· Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) and basic analytics tools.
· Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads) as it relates to e-commerce.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
