EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3+ years in retail, operations, consulting, or business management
• Proven track record managing marketplace operations (Amazon, JD, Tmall, etc.)
• Strong grasp of e-commerce KPIs and platform mechanics
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across EU, US, and APAC
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with consumer behavior and shopping trends, especially in baby/children’s categories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience leading projects across marketing, fulfillment, and operations
• Ability to estimate ROI and manage performance metrics
• Skilled negotiator with partners, suppliers, or clients
• Active experience with Amazon Ads is a strong plus
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
