As our E-Commerce & MarTech Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our webshop runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, setting up tracking, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to optimize our online store. You will collaborate closely with our Webshop, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize webshop performance: Ensure smooth technical operations, detect potential issues early, and implement necessary fixes.
  • Manage tracking & analytics: Set up and maintain tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) to measure performance and user behavior effectively.
  • A/B testing & data-driven optimization: Run tests to evaluate design and content changes, analyze results, and derive insights to improve conversion rates.
  • E-commerce platform management: Support webshop migration from Magento 2 to Shopify and optimize site performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues: Analyze and resolve errors related to integrations, frontend performance, and backend processes.
  • Enhance user experience: Implement frontend improvements (CSS, JavaScript) and optimize content structures within CMS and page builders.
  • Support e-commerce integrations: Work with ERP systems, databases (SQL), and APIs to ensure smooth data flow between platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on business goals and ensure technical feasibility of campaigns.
