Responsibilities
  • Campaign swaps: Support the weekly on-site content changes while implementing the CRO guidelines and strategy.
  • Product setups: Manage the process to get new developed products on-site by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Conversion optimisations: Action daily initiatives to enhance the customer journey by increasing click-through rate and sales.
  • Projects: Drive projects to accelerate main KPI’s such as conversion and increase average order value.
  • Platforms: Support operational tasks via Shopify, CMS, SAP, etc.
  • Merchandise mailbox: Support ad-hoc requests coming from different departments
