About the Role We are seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist to oversee the presentation, usability, and optimization of our Shopify storefront. This role will ensure our customers experience a seamless and inspiring journey—from discovery to checkout. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify, is driven by data and conversion optimization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for serving customers through excellent digital experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify stores, with strong knowledge of its features and capabilities. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and e-commerce conversion optimization best practices. Proficiency in Google Analytics or other e-commerce analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure. Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co. Responsibilities Manage merchandising across the Shopify store, including product categorization, navigation, and site content updates. Optimize site UI/UX for discoverability, clarity, and smooth customer journeys. Implement strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) using A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback. Ensure product pages are visually compelling, on brand, and designed to convert. Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions to ensure seamless execution online. Monitor site performance, user behavior, and key e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues promptly. Stay current with e-commerce and Shopify best practices, tools, and emerging trends. Other duties as assigned.
