POSITION SUMMARY:

Unicorn Tire Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Office Assistant to support our E-Commerce team with order processing, data management, inventory updates, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of office administration, e-commerce, or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Process and manage e-commerce order transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Import and maintain order data in SAP.
  • Organize, track, and update inventory using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Generate and manage shipping labels for outgoing orders.
  • Assist with tire labeling and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and website messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle post-sale paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and update daily inventory levels to support smooth operations.
  • Provide support to team members during peak times, absences, or increased workloads.
