JOB PROFILE

At Filling Pieces we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic E-commerce/Online Marketing Coordinator to join our Filling Pieces Online marketing team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s thinking level in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Understanding of Shopify is a must
  • Understanding of online marketing channels and tools (including, but not limited to Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Affiliate Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO Tool are a pre
  • Proficient in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and UX best practices are a pre
  • Commercial and result driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and be proactive

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Create and manage digital content such as banners and product presentations that support campaigns.
  • Support campaign execution across different channels (email, affiliates, and online promotions) and help coordinate activities.
  • Website Experience: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly website experience that improves conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentation: Ensure all products on the website are published and presented in a clear, consistent, and engaging way.
  • Track and report on results, providing insights on performance to guide improvements.
  • Assist with testing and optimization, including setting up A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion.
  • Research trends and opportunities in digital marketing to bring fresh ideas to the team.
