E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the daily operations and sales management of cross-border e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the brand’s international competitiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with platform rules and strong skills in data analysis and market insights.
• Proficiency in English, with multilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong team management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Singapore and Vietnam, with English proficiency required.

• Managed the operations and sales of cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
• Develop sales plans, analyze data, and optimize operational strategies.
• Plan marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
• Handle product selection, pricing, and inventory management while monitoring market trends.
• Improve customer satisfaction, optimize user experience, and address customer feedback.
• Build and manage the operations team, organize training, and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate resources across product, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
