REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse fulfilment, e-commerce operations, or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with online shopping platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) is advantageous.
• Digital Skills: Ability to create engaging social media content, particularly short-form videos for TikTok, and a good understanding of digital content trends.
• Physical Capabilities: Able to lift items up to 20kg and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Logistics: Knowledge of local store layouts is beneficial. A valid full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for in-store tasks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with basic office software and e-commerce tools (e.g., G Suite).
• Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.

• In-Store Fulfilment: Visit local stores to purchase customer orders, ensuring items are checked for quality and accuracy.
• Order Accuracy: Verify that orders are correctly processed, with special attention to expiration dates and product conditions.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist with regular inventory counts and ensure all stock levels are accurately maintained in our system.
