Our family-run business now requires a reliable, efficient, and experienced E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Executive to manage and execute the core logistics and supply chain activities that keep our products available to consumers across the globe.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with supply chain processes, is comfortable working across systems and carriers, and is proactive in anticipating and solving logistical challenges.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a reliable, highly organised, and proactive individual with a strong commercial mindset. You manage to balance supply needs with sales priorities and are skilled at resolving shipping or customs issues through close coordination with freight partners. With a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach, you ensure smooth, efficient, and strategically aligned fulfillment across all channels

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Educated to A levels
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar office-based role, in e-commerce operations, supply chain, and/or logistics.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA workflow) and/or Vendor is ideal, but not required
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and international logistics
  • Excellent IT, Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, inventory tracking)
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
