We support brands through structured marketplace operations, live commerce execution, and data-driven optimization — turning strategy into real results. Job Description Are you curious about how brands sell online? Excited about social commerce, marketplaces, and fast-growing digital businesses? We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team and gain real hands-on experience in live commerce, marketplace management, and end-to-end e-commerce operations. This is not a “sit and observe” internship. You’ll be part of real campaigns, real sales, and real execution. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing 🎥 Live Streaming & Campaign Support Coordinate with live hosts, creators, and partners Prepare product details, pricing, and promotional mechanics Support live session execution and monitor performance Summarize key results and insights after campaigns 🛍 Marketplace & Store Operations Assist with product uploads and updates (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) Support campaign setup (flash sales, vouchers, bundles) Monitor daily sales performance and basic reporting Coordinate stock updates and work with warehouse & customer service teams Support overall store management and operational tasks 🤝 Partner Coordination Communicate with KOLs, affiliates, and external partners Ensure campaign assets and promo mechanics are properly implemented Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution Qualifications 💡 Who We’re Looking For University student or fresh graduate (Business, Marketing, Communication, or any field) Genuinely interested in e-commerce, digital business, and how online brands grow Excited by fast-paced environments where priorities shift and things move quickly Not afraid to take ownership and make things happen Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and follows through until completion Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do Stays calm and responsible when things move fast Can handle pressure and remain solution-focused Organized and detail-oriented (because in e-commerce, small mistakes can impact real sales) Comfortable coordinating with different teams and external partners Additional Information What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in live commerce and marketplace operations Understanding of end-to-end e-commerce workflows Exposure to campaign strategy and execution Experience working cross-functionally in a real business environment Analytical skills through performance tracking and reporting Fast learning in a high-growth digital environment Duration: 3–6 months Location: WFH Policy: 3 days anywhere + 2 days at the office
