We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day online sales operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate reporting, and efficient account management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing online sales performance by coordinating with internal teams, managing customer accounts, and maintaining operational excellence. Job Description: Manage online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to oversee order dispatch and tracking. Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms. Manage e-commerce accounts such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Instagram. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance insights. Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and complaints in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns. Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to boost performance. Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and operations. Responsibilites: Experience in e-commerce operations or online sales. Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other local e-commerce websites. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers. Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
