Workhub is seeking an Order Fulfillment team member for our Rewards, Promotional Products, and E-commerce Team. Our company continues to delight small and medium-sized businesses with our easy-to-use workplace compliance software and recognition programs. As an integral part of this, we offer gifts and branded apparel to our customers – which they use to reward and incentivize their employees to help make their organizations better. We provide the full suite of customization and fulfillment services - our recipe is unlike others in this business line.

We’re looking to add a team member who is sharp, hands-on, fiercely process-minded, and cares deeply about how orders are packaged, sent, and received – we forever aim to delight our clients. Our business is already operating with staffing and equipment for embroidering and sublimating products (with customer logos). You may be asked to help with these processes, we hope that excites you.

Please note: no previous warehouse experience is required for this position.

• Navigate our on-line processes through each step of shipping and working with our software development team to deliver significant improvements.
• Learn, understand, and re-imagine warehouse and inventory - including shopping, handling, processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Possibly learn, understand and operate both the computerized embroidery machines as well as sublimation process (adding logo’s).
• Help document, track, time and install process improvements to facilitate lean manufacturing and shipping processes.
